Terms of Service

By accessing or using grtwo.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and grtwo ("we," "us," "our").

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You retain full ownership of the content you publish on grtwo. By publishing a document, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, serve, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (i.e., delivering the document to anyone you share the link with).

We do not claim any editorial rights over your content. We do not read your documents except when required to investigate abuse reports or comply with legal obligations.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to publish it and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

You may not use the Service to publish or distribute:

• Content that is illegal under applicable law, including material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
• Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Content that constitutes harassment, stalking, or threats of violence against specific individuals.
• Spam — bulk publishing of low-quality or unsolicited content.
• Content that facilitates the sale or distribution of controlled substances, weapons, or stolen data.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts associated with serious or repeated violations, without prior notice.

Accounts are optional. You may publish documents without an account; they will be associated with an anonymous publisher token stored in your browser for 7 days, during which you can claim them by creating an account.

When you create an account, you authenticate via a one-time magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised email account.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts in bulk.

The Service offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Pro at $5/month, Pro Plus at $15/month). Tier limits and features are described on the Pricing page. We may adjust pricing or feature limits with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

You may cancel at any time via your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full paid-tier access through that date. All monthly subscriptions are billed in full and are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. We will attempt to notify you by email.

Downgrade policy. When your subscription downgrades (by cancellation, payment failure, or plan change), documents you created under the higher tier that exceed the lower tier's storage limit are not deleted immediately. They enter a 30-day grace period: they remain accessible and publicly visible (if public), but cannot be edited or have their settings changed. After the grace period, documents over the limit are permanently deleted, starting with the oldest. We will send you an email reminder before any deletion occurs. Re-subscribing before the grace period ends cancels the scheduled deletion.

Anyone can report a document using the report button on its page. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms at our sole discretion.

If you believe content on grtwo infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@grtwo.app with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing content and its URL, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond promptly.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and comply with legally valid subpoenas or court orders.

Pro and Pro Plus subscribers may generate API keys to access the Service programmatically via an MCP-compatible interface. API keys are hashed before storage — we cannot recover a lost key. You are responsible for all usage under your API key.

You may not use the API to circumvent rate limits, scrape the Service, or access other users' documents beyond what the standard interface permits. We may revoke API access for abuse without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee that documents will be available at any given time or permanently retained.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRTWO OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DOCUMENTS — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
